Casa Kuvasz selected for the “Dedalo Minosse” Award.
Dedalo Minosse International Prize is a biannual international award based in Italy since 1997.
The particularity of this award is that the client / architect relationship is focused as a creative synergy, rewarding the work of both actors equally.
In this edition, Casa Kuvasz was chosen as a finalist and will be exhibited from 09/21 to 06/10 at the Andrea Palladio Basiliica in Vicenza / Italy.
The day 21/09 was the award ceremony at the Vicenza Olympic Theater, also a work performed by Andrea Palladio.

As we do not travel, the photo of the sample is of our neighbors in the exhibition LDA.iMdA architetti associati, we invite you to see the excellent works in different scales that have been developing in Italy. We leave a summary of the work done with Claudia and Juan.
The usual mechanics of work in Cariló for holiday homes is usually quite fragmented, since the architect is based in the area, while the owners are usually from Buenos Aires 350Km away. In this case, a communication strategy and a frequency of visits that ensured a fluid and consensual development during the project and construction stages were proposed. Special attention in communication meant taking enough time for each project decision to be discussed in conceptual terms, avoiding unfounded decisions by both the studio and the owners. This game of reflections and persuasions resulted in a special feeling of attachment for both parties to the project; both understood as the final architectural object, as the process that generates it.
